Chest: Around the fullest part of the chest. Waist: Where race pants sit. Hips: Around the fullest part of the seat. Sleeve: From center back of neck, over the shoulder toward the wrist. Hand: Around knuckles, excluding thumb.

HOW IT WORKS

Describe your colors, design style, inspiration, and placement preferences in the customization form.
Add your rider name, race number, and sponsor artwork or artwork links.
AER MOTO works from your brief to create a fully custom gear design and reviews it with you before production.

DESIGN + PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Allow an additional 5 days for our from-scratch design process, followed by approximately 4–6 weeks of production once the artwork is approved. Shipping time is additional. Complex designs, revisions, and approval delays may affect the overall timeline.

Jerseys: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL. Pants: 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40.

Made to order. The final design, artwork requirements, production timeline, and proof-approval process will be confirmed before orders are accepted. Gloves are not included.

Moisture-wicking fabric helps pull sweat away from your body to keep you dry and comfortable.
Athletic fit with a drop tail for optimal fit and coverage.
Fabric content: 93% polyester, 7% spandex.

Pants Features

Heat- and abrasion-resistant leather knee panels.
Athletic fit with stretch material for maximum mobility.
Fabric content: 95% polyester, 3% Lycra, 2% leather.

Wash Instructions

Wash on cold.
Organic detergent only.
Do not use fabric softener, OxiClean, or bleach.
Do not leave wet. Dry immediately on low heat.
