AER MOTO may offer automated chat support, including AI-generated answers, to help customers quickly find information about racewear, sizing, orders, customization, shipping, and our store policies.
Automated answers may be incorrect
Our AI chat assistant can make mistakes, misunderstand questions, provide incomplete answers, or share information that is no longer current. Responses are provided as general guidance and should not be treated as a guarantee, a confirmed order status, a binding quote, or approval of an exception to a store policy.
For important decisions, please check the relevant product page, checkout information, your order confirmation, and AER MOTO's published policies. If an AI answer conflicts with those sources, please contact our team for clarification. Nothing in this notice limits consumer protections or any rights provided by law.
Order information and design proofs
Automated support cannot necessarily verify the status of your individual purchase, confirm manufacturing progress, approve artwork, change an order, or authorize a return or refund. Any design proof, order change, production schedule, or refund exception must be confirmed through the appropriate AER MOTO ordering or support process.
For custom racewear, change-of-mind refunds or cancellations are unavailable once the first design proof has been sent, subject to our published Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law. If AER MOTO makes a mistake, contact us so we can provide an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.

If the AI answer is unclear or appears wrong, or you need help with an order-specific issue, use our Contact page to reach AER MOTO. Please include your order number when relevant, but do not enter payment-card numbers, account passwords, or other highly sensitive information into chat.
