Chest: Around the fullest part of the chest. Waist: Where race pants sit. Hips: Around the fullest part of the seat. Sleeve: From center back of neck, over the shoulder toward the wrist. Hand: Around knuckles, excluding thumb.

HOW TO CUSTOMIZE

Pick your AERO FLEX colorway from the design photos.
Select jersey and pant sizes.
Enter your rider name and race number if desired.
Provide up to five free sponsor logos and add more for $5 each.

PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production of your made-to-order AERO FLEX custom colorway kit, before shipping. Manufacturing times are estimates and may vary with factory schedules and artwork approval.

The separate $55 Rider ID service is reserved for in-stock gear and does not apply to made-to-order AERO FLEX custom gear. Gloves are sold separately. Artwork formats, manufacturing availability and production lead times will be confirmed before fulfilling orders.

Pre-launch testing: The custom ordering experience and additional-logo charges are being tested. Please do not complete checkout until AER MOTO announces the launch.

Moisture-wicking fabric helps pull sweat away from your body to keep you dry and comfortable.
Athletic fit with a drop tail for optimal fit and coverage.
Fabric content: 93% polyester, 7% spandex.

Pants Features

Heat- and abrasion-resistant leather knee panels.
Athletic fit with stretch material for maximum mobility.
Fabric content: 95% polyester, 3% Lycra, 2% leather.

Wash Instructions

Wash on cold.
Organic detergent only.
Do not use fabric softener, OxiClean, or bleach.
Do not leave wet. Dry immediately on low heat.
